How to Contact Social Counselors
You can contact us wherever in the Czech Republic you are. We do not provide counselling in the following regions: Moravskoslezský kraj, Olomoucký kraj, Zlínský kraj and Jihomoravský kraj. We provide social counselling in the CIC offices in Prague, Kolín, Mladá Boleslav or in the field (at the client's home or at the offices of the authorities). Below you can find contact information of each office.
At these places we offer:
- social counseling (among others: information about residence in the Czech Republic, education, family matters, health care, social security)
- assistance while dealing with the authorities
- employment advisory (help with writing a CV, orientation in job offers, preparation for a job interview, information about rights and duties of employees and employers)
- seminars about topics related to residence and employment
- drop-in Czech language courses (for more information see the Czech courses section)
We provide social counseling also in the field, that means for example at the client’s home or at the offices of the authorities. Due to the social workers’ frequent work outside the offices, we reccommend you to make an appointment in advance. For every office, there are opening hours during which you can come without making an appointment and there is always at least one social worker present.

Kutná Hora
We are sorry, but we offer social counseling in Kutná Hora only in the field form. We provide an assistance at "OAMP" of MOI office in Kutná Hora. Please, call our Kolín counselling centre - 774 866 838, 312 310 322, or e-mail tereza.ruzickova@cicpraha.org . For your inquiries you can also use the counselling centre in Prague.
